At Pet Sitter Twinkle, we provide the peace of mind that comes with maintaining a "normal routine" in a familiar home environment. Our service is based on careful 1-hour visits including meals, cleaning, professional health checks, and playtime tailored to your pet's unique personality.

We spend approximately one hour per visit performing the following tasks.
Real-time Updates
After each visit, we will send a report via LINE or other apps including photos and videos. You can enjoy your time away knowing your beloved family member is safe and happy.
Free Options
We can perform the following daily tasks for free upon request. Please feel free to discuss these during our initial meeting.

Inquiry & Reservation
You can book via LINE, phone, or our contact form.
Please contact us as soon as your schedule is set. We will confirm the dates, number of visits, and pet type to provide an estimate.

Initial Consultation
Before your first service, the sitter will visit your home to meet your pet, confirm care details, collect keys, and process payment (first time only).
※A 1,500 yen initial registration and consultation fee applies.

Sitting Day
We provide dedicated care with love. After completion, we will send a real-time report with photos and videos via LINE, so you can feel at ease while away.
Simply contact us with your requested dates and times.
- Please send keys via registered mail (at your expense).
- Keys will be returned on the final day or at a later date in exchange for the "Key Deposit Receipt."
- Please inform us of any changes since the previous sitting.
Important Considerations
- Health Condition: We may be unable to accept requests for pets with severe chronic illnesses or high levels of aggression where safe sitting is difficult.
- Hygiene Management: To prevent infection, we strictly enforce hand sanitization and change clothing (apron/socks) for every visit.
- Emergency Response: If we notice any abnormalities, we will contact the owner immediately for instructions. In emergencies, we will transport the pet to their designated veterinarian.
- Reservations: Busy seasons can fill up quickly, so early booking is recommended.

Our extensive compensation system protects your precious family and home.
